Volunteer Information

RAD Camp is a volunteer run non-profit organization. At RAD, we offer one-on-one attention with a 1:1 ratio of camper to counselor, and our family of volunteer counselors and staff provide the very best care and enthusiasm for all campers. Each volunteer comes highly recommended and goes through personalized interviews, background checks and fingerprinting. Once a volunteer is hand selected, they receive training in communication, behavior modification and basic first aid. Additionally, our volunteer Camp Chef and Kitchen Angels prepare all meals on-site to ensure that any and all special diets can be accommodated.

Are you over the age of 16 and wanting to create friendships and memories that last a lifetime? Are you outgoing, fun loving and selfless? If so, RAD Camp is for you! Please download our 2018 NEW Volunteer Application and complete all of the necessary requirements: the application form, one page essay and two letters of recommendation. Once your application is complete, please mail it to the RAD Camp office by Friday, April 13.
