Katie Webb Brundige

Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with an emphasis in Event Management from San Diego State University. She began her professional career as Event Manager for an incentive house, while also working for San Diego State University as the Event Manager for the largest Hospitality Job Fair in the county. Postgraduate, she has planned events for three Fortune 500 Companies as a Meeting Planner for American Express. In 2009, Katie opened Intertwined, a successful Event Planning and Social Media Consulting firm with co-owner, Meghan Clem. In 2011, Katie accomplished a career milestone by receiving her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) credential. Katie’s keen eye for design also extends to website design and branding, including HTML. She is an avid marathon runner, soccer player and resides in Orange, CA.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Meghan began her career as an Event Planner and Public Information Specialist for the City of Anaheim. She had the privilege of working with major organizations including the 2007 Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Ducks, 2008 USA Men’s Gold Medal Olympic Volleyball Team, Angels Baseball and the Disneyland Resort. Currently, as the Cofounder of Become Intertwined and Intertwined Events, Meghan specializes in social media, non-profit consulting and event planning. She has recently worked with well-known organizations like The Salvation Army, Classic Party Rentals, Catholic Diocese of Orange, OCTA, and Saddleback Memorial. In 2013, she was nominated for OCBJ’s Woman in Business Award. In her downtime, Meghan can be found cruising Rancho Mission Viejo with her husband, twin boys, little girl and dog, Bocce.
Development & Event Coordinator
Hayley graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Textiles. Working in political fundraising, retail management and product merchandising has prepared her for a career managing details, networking and events. Hayley currently works for Katie and Megz’s event planning company, Intertwined Events, as an Event Designer and Producer. She is so excited to also be a part of the RAD family as the Development & Event Coordinator overseeing fundraising, community outreach, support events and donor and sponsor relations. In her spare time, Hayley loves to spend time with family and friends, travel, go to acting and improv classes and work on house projects. She volunteers for the Christian global impact group, World Help, and gets filled up at Cottonwood Church in Los Alamitos on Sunday Mornings. She is passionate about meeting new people, making a difference in the world and putting a sense of humor into everyday life! Hayley lives in Bellflower with her Husband, two beautiful daughters, seven chickens and a dog!
Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. Throughout her college career, she worked in the Office of Admission, spent her sophomore year in Florence, Italy, was a Resident Advisor for Housing and Residence Life, and served as the Creative Director of a dance company called Dance In Flight. For the past four years, she worked in Marketing for the Orange County School of the Arts’ non-profit foundation. In 2012, she started as a volunteer for RAD Camp and is overjoyed to return to the organization as a Program Manager.
